Where warranty arrangements have been defined in the contract, the Engagement Manager must review and understand the implications of such arrangements on the Service Engagement and ensure that these are taken into consideration when delivering the services by the Service Engagement.

      It is sometimes the case that the Client will request some form of warranty arrangements for specific parts of the services. These will be included in the contract as part of Capgemini’s commitments on the services. It is important for the Engagement Manager to review and understand any warranty arrangements defined in the contract.

      Where warranty has been included in the contract, the associated activities and tasks must be included in the Service Governance Plan. If warranty arrangements are part of the regular services, supporting financial implications must be included in the forecast.
